MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION

If you would like to become a member of the OTCA, there are two ways you can join:

1) Online application and online payment.
2) Paper application; Fill it out, and then mail it in. This form is found under FORMS, above.

  ALL Girls Team Tournament entries are now closed. (Disregard, or select no, when filling out the Membership form) 2025 Memberships and Boys Team Tournament entries will be accepted starting Nov. 1, 2024
